Electroplated Diamond Grinding Wheels

Electroplated grinding wheels are manufactured with toughest grade synthetic diamond powder to give quick material removal along with lowest surface roughness. Available in straight or profiled form, these are suitable for both, non-metallic and metallic ferrous and non-ferrous materials, as these may be manufactured using Synthetic Diamond Powder and CBN. Our selection of the most tightly graded superabrasives ensure faithful reproduction to complicated profiles and the hardest metal bond diamond grits ensure that the same is retained over a large number of grinding operations. Diamond concentration is also flexible and is selected according to the cutting action required. Low diamond concentration is used for higher stock removal and is suitable for large diameter grinding wheels where grinding forces could become excessive. High diamond concentration is preferred where a finer finish is needed or where long life is important.
